You still have a few days to see the Missouri Bicentennial Quilt at the Caruthersville Public Library. The Pemiscot County block on the quilt was made by Vicky DeReign, who put a lot of planning into its design. Here’s Library Director Teresa Tidwell.
There’s another bicentennial event scheduled for the library — the 2021 Photo Exhibit. It runs April 15-May 11.
