Two Memphis residents were arrested in separate incidents by the MSHP yesterday. 39 year old Anthony Caldwell was arrested in New Madrid County on two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
21 year old Jamie Cadena Rodriguez was arrested last night in Dunklin County for DWI. He was taken to the DCJC.
