The MSHP made two arrests yesterday in New Madrid County. 37 year old Brandon Byers of Park Hills was arrested about 6:30 a.m. for felony possession of meth, DWI-drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and other traffic charges.
31 year old Kawan Pulley of Sikeston was arrested later yesterday morning for DWI-alcohol, C&I driving, and an outstanding warrant on a no seat belt charge in Malden.
