Two Hayti men were arraigned Monday in Pemiscot County on first degree murder charges. Both 23 year old Andre Haymon and 22 year old Jamieon Johnson pleaded not guilty to the killing of Cedric Winters.
It’s alleged by authorities that the men killed Winters in Hayti and then dumped his body in a Blytheville pond.
The two will be back in court September 10. They are held without bond in the PCJC.
