Two Hayti men will be arraigned today in Pemiscot County on first degree murder charges. 23 year old Andre Haymon and 22 year old Jamieon Johnson are charged with the death of Cedric Winters.
According to Pemiscot County Sheriff Tommy Greenwell, the 37 year old Winters was killed in Hayti last week and his body dumped in a pond in Blytheville.
Haymon and Johnson are held without bond in the PCJC.
