There was one traffic fatality in SE Missouri over the weekend. According to Troop E, 30 year old Austin Evans of Poplar Bluff, was killed when his car ran off Highway 21 north of Route NN in Ripley County, struck and embankment, and overturned. Authorities say Evans was ejected from the vehicle.
Evans died at a Poplar Bluff hospital almost three hours after the 8:15 p.m. accident yesterday.
