According to Mississippi County, Mo., authorities Timothy Achter, 31, of Dexter was arrested Sunday, October 8, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine.
Achter is also facing charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Achter was transported to the Mississippi County Jail.
