UPDATE: Dunklin County arrest 23 on drug charges

UPDATE: A statement released from the Semo Drug Task Force, on February 1, 2017 during the early morning hours the Kennett Police Department, Dunklin County Sheriff’s Office, Missouri State Highway Patrol, and the Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force conducted warrant arrests in Kennett and Surrounding areas.

During the investigation, undercover purchases of Methamephetamine, Heroin, Prescription Pills and other Controlled Substances were conducted. The following is a list of suspects that were arrested and their bond amounts:





  • Jackey D. Bowling, 62, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000.
  • Amber Davis, 25, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000.
  • Monica Davis, 25, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000. (Two counts)
  • Tanquavis Drake, 21, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000.
  • Sandra Gattis, 43, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000.
  • Tessa Godfrey, 25, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000.
  • Lisa M. Harden, 41, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000.
  • Teriesa Hart, 39, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000. (Four counts)
  • Marietta Haywood, 50, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000. (Two counts)
  • David Miller, 61, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000.
  • Ashley Morris, 29, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000. (Three counts)
  • Dustin Palmer, 30, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000.
  • Eric Petro, 26, Distribution of imitation controlled substances $50,000.
  • Keith Robertson, 37, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000.
  • Thadious Shelly, 27, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000.
  • Billy Smith, 34, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000.
  • Michael Trout, 29, Distribution of controlled substances $30,000. (Four counts)
  • Tommy Wallace, 66, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000.
  • Tabitha Wheatley, 26, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000.
  • Glynn White, 55, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000.
  • Helen Wicklund, 35, Distribution of controlled substances $50,000. (not pictured)
  • Jeremey Wright, 28 Distribution of controlled substances $50,000.
  • Jonathan Rosales, 36, Felony probation, parole warrant

Two subjects arrested as a result of the roundup effort were found to be in possession of additional Methamphetamine, Pills and Paraphernalia. Additional charges are pending against them.

Three additional subjects were arrested on weapons and drug violations. Charges are pending with the Dunklin County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

The investigation is still ongoing and further arrests are expected. The success of this investigation would not have been possible without the cooperation of all the agencies involved.

All of the subjects mentioned are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.
