Officers arrested Kenneth E. Hall, 31, of Malden, on a misdemeanor from Butler County warrant for a Moving Traffic Violation. He was released with a court date after posting a $1,000. surety bond.
Officers summonsed a 41-year-old male of Risco, on the charge of No Insurance. He is scheduled to appear in Malden Municipal Court on February 28, 2017.
