Police report January 14, 2017

On Saturday January 14, 2017 at 12:15 a.m. Kennett Officers stopped a vehicle on Highway 412 for a traffic violation. During the investigation of the traffic stop James M. Gordon of Senath was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and he was also arrested on a Stoddard County Warrant for Non Support. At this time he was taken into custody and transported to the Dunklin County.

On Sunday January 15, 2017 at 01:15 a.m. Kennett Officers made a traffic stop on Ninth Street for a traffic violation. Dunning the investigation of the traffic stop Officers arrested Remington L. Tobar of Kennett for Driving While Intoxicated and for Felony No Operators License and also he had two City of Kennett warrants for Failed to Appear and a Dunklin County warrant for Failed to Appear. At this time he was transported to the Dunklin County Jail where he is being held pending formal charges from the State Prosecutors Office.
