Harden appeared in court Wednesday, January 11, 2017 before Judge Robert Mayer, where attorneys requested that the matter be removed from the docket. Harden was charged in August with one count of making a terrorist threat, a Class C Felony.

Harden was arrested and later release on bond. Dunklin County Prosecuting Attorney Jeff McCormick says there are limitations to her use of the internet while charges are pending.

The charges stem from a post on a facebook page called The Clink. According to a probable cause affidavit, the Kennett Police Department received several calls from people who reportedly found their name on a “hit list” post on the page. McCormick said Harden admitted to posting the “hit list” at the time of her arrest.
