A juvenile was arrested after an alleged threatening social media post circulated, directed toward New Madrid County Central High School staff members. According to Superintendent Sam Duncan, school officials were alerted about the message Wednesday morning. Shortly thereafter, the juvenile was detained and subsequently arrested.
At last word charges are pending.
