FCC Behavioral Health is conducting a survey next week to find how many homeless individuals and families there are in Dunklin County. According to FCC Housing Director Anthony Smith, the survey is always in the winter because more people seem to live on the streets then.

The Point in Time Count survey is part of a larger effort across the state and takes place a week from Wednesday, January 26.
