The MSHP made four DWI arrests in the area over the weekend. Arrested late Friday night was 70 year old Gladys Mosely of Dyersburg in Pemiscot County; 27 year old Guillermo Cafa-Montez of Houston, TX, arrested Saturday morning in Dunklin County; 20 year old Essence Ross-Munoz of Poplar Bluff, arrested in New Madrid County early Sunday morning; and 49 year old Eduardo Vilchis-Mejia of Cardwell, arrested yesterday afternoon in Dunklin County.
