A Corning man was arrested by the MSHP earlier this week in Wayne County. 34 year old Joshua Blagg was arrested for felony possession of meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding.
He was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and later released.
