Two Louisana residents were arrested by the MSHP last night in New Madrid County. 33 year old Chad Lachney of Harvey was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. 29 year old Nicole Lott of New Orleans was arrested for possession of marijuana.
The arrests happened just after 9 p.m.
