On Tuesday, August 28, 2018 Caruthersville Officers arrested 42 year old Joshua Leech of Caruthersville on an active Failure to Appear Warrant through the Craighead County Sheriffs Office. Leech was transported to the Pemiscot County Justice Center where he is being held without bond.
