PEMISCOT COUNTY, MO – Mykel Fisher, 33, of Tupelo, MS., was arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol Monday, February 27, approximately at 2:20 p.m. in Pemiscot County, on a felony warrant from Clarksdale, MS., for statutory rape.
Fisher, was taken to the Pemiscot County Jail where he posted bond, and is currently out of custody.
