The Kennett Chamber of Commerce invites everyone to a ribbon cutting on Monday, July 21, at 4:00 p.m., to celebrate the opening of Kennett’s first pickleball court at Delmo Park. Pickleball is one of America’s fastest-growing sports and the latest craze to arrive in Kennett, after disc golf in 2023. Led by the Kennett Park Board, construction on the the pickleball court began last winter and the court opened this spring. Everyone is invited to help in commemorating this new addition to Delmo Park.
