The City of Kennett invites all residents to review and provide comments on the City’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Stormwater Management Plan. The current plan will expire on September 31, 2026, with the new five-year permit cycle beginning October 1, 2026.
Residents can review the current Stormwater Management Plan, along with the draft Comprehensive Master General Permit, using the links provided on our websites and social media, as well as cityofkennettmo.com. The City welcomes public input and encourages residents to submit any comments or questions regarding the proposed plan.
The City of Kennett’s MS4 Stormwater Management Plan outlines the city’s efforts to reduce stormwater pollution, maintain drainage infrastructure, and provide public education and outreach on stormwater-related issues. Copies of the plan will be available at City Hall and on the City of Kennett’s official website beginning August 14, 2026.
A public meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at City Hall, located at 200 Cedar St. The meeting will provide an opportunity for residents to learn more about the plan, ask questions, and share their comments.
