One person was arrested over the weekend by Caruthersville Police during a traffic stop on East 18th Street. Authorities say the license plates displayed on the vehicle had been reported stolen from New Madrid and alleged methamphetamine and related drug paraphernalia were found on the driver.
The 38 year old man was taken to the PCJC – his name was not released pending formal charges.
