Carnival "Halloween Cruise" on the Liberty

Double inside - 616.53 pp (cruise only 4B)
Double outside - 745.53 pp (cruise only 6B)
Double balcony - 866.53 pp (cruise only 8B)
A deposit of $250.00 per person will be due on June 24, 2009, or as of the date of booking prior to August 15, 2009. The remaining balance or full payment is due by August 15, 2009, to secure the rate quoted.
Cruise includes: welcome bottle of wine; $25 per passenger - per cabin credit for on-board purchases & excursions; all onboard entertainment & meals, plus Gratuities and trip insurance.
Triple & Quad cabins are available for a fare of roughly $75 to $100 less than the double occupancy rate. For exact rates for triple and quad cabins, please contact the station to request that a travel consultant telephone with a response to your questions. Please note that the third and fourth berths cannot be occupied by anyone weighing more than 195 pounds.

Passengers flights must arrive at the airports on Saturday, October 31, 2009, no later than
- 2:30PM for transfers from Miami Airport
- 2:00 PM for transfers from Ft. Lauderdale Airport
Passengers may opt to arrive in Florida prior to the embarkation date or remain after the ship returns to port adding a land package to your cruise vacation can be arranged directly with the hotel, or on our travel site www.goairwaves.com
Passengers adding land packages before or after the cruise should consult with the radio station’s designated cruise representative about arranging ground transfers from locations other than the airport.

All prices quoted are per person based upon double occupancy (unless otherwise specified as a rate for triple or quad occupancy; single package supplements are available). All cruise offers require A VALID PASSPORT {there is also a space for “notes” at the end of the on-line cruise booking form; please use that space to indicate whether or not you are a U.S. citizen}.
Female cruise passengers between the ages of 14 and 54 are required to complete a health statement form provided by the cruise ship company; pregnant women who are 24 weeks or more into the term of their pregnancy at the time of sailing will not be permitted on board. Unless otherwise specified.
Passengers under 21 must occupy the same cabin as an Adult over 25 years of age; if the Adult is not the parent or legal guardian of the under-aged passenger a signed and notarized “permission slip” from the absent parent must be presented to board the ship.
Alcohol and Soft Drinks are not included in the fare, but may be purchased by individual passengers (coffee, tea and ice-water, are included in the fare). Cruise line reserves right to add $9 per day fuel surcharge if oil rises over $70 per barrel.
