One person was hurt in a two vehicle traffic accident on US 412 just west of Hayti. According to the MSHP, the accident happened when 72 year old Jimmy Green of Steele pulled his vehicle into the path of a car driven by a 16 year old Kennett girl.
The teenager was taken to Pemiscot Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries, following the accident that happened at noon Tuesday.
