Among the weekend arrests by the MSHP was 34 year old Tammy Cowart of Malden, who was arrested Sunday night on charges of felony possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was taken to the DCJC.
