A Paragould man was arrested by the MSHP in Pemiscot County early Sunday for DWI and other traffic charges. 44 year old Emerson Branch was taken to the PCJC and later released.
A Kennett man was arrested Sunday afternoon. 43 year old Robbie Lance was arrested on a felony Dunklin County failure to appear warrant on a charge of dangerous drugs plus other charges. He was taken to the DCJC and is held there with no bond.
