Area Traffic Accidents Leave Two People Hurt

One person was hurt when his car stuck the rear of a road grader in Pemiscot County. The MSHP reports the accident happened just after 9 a.m. yesterday on CR 547 north of Cooter. 35 year old Jonathan Johnson was taken to the hospital in Blytheville with moderate injuries.

A Dexter man was seriously hurt early today when an animal crossed the road, and he was ejected from his motorcycle. Troop E reports 50 year old Kenneth Pullum was taken to a Cape Girardeau hospital, following the 2:20 a.m. accident.
