A Bernie man was seriously hurt yesterday morning when a Freightliner pulled into the path of his vehicle on Highway 25 and Highway D north of Bernie. According to the MSHP, 27 year old Joshua McDaniel was taken to a Cape Girardeau hospital.
The driver of the Freightliner was not hurt.
That accident happened just before 8 a.m.
