A Caruthersville man was arrested late last night by the MSHP in Butler County. 23 year old Matthew Hopkins was arrested for DWI with a person less than 17 in the vehicle, speeding, and failure to secure a child in a proper vehicle restraint.
Hopkins was taken to the Butler County Jail and later released.
