A Hayti woman was arrested by the MSHP in Butler County last night. 45 year old Terina Manning was arrested for DWI-drugs plus other traffic charges. She was taken to the Butler County jail.
54 year old Rodger Brown of New Madrid was arrested by Troop E late last night. He was arrested for felony possession of meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, plus other charges.
