The MSHP made two arrests in Pemiscot County yesterday. 27 year old Mark Anley was arrested for DWI, careless and imprudent driving, plus other traffic charges. 22 year old Charlie Cook of Braggadocio was arrested for felony DWI.
Both men were taken to the PCJC and later released.
