According to the Caruthersville PD, Nicholas C. Baggett was arrested yesterday on a Tennessee Probation Violation warrant with the original charge of robbery.
He was transported to the Pemiscot County Justice Center where he is being held without bond until he is extradited back to the state of Tennessee
