A Steele man is being held with no bond for attempted rape. According to Steele Police Chief Billy Joe Stanfield, 63 year old James Wilbourn was arrested Friday after police received a report from a 32 year old woman who said she had been sexually assaulted. The victim reported Wilbourn threatened her life during the alleged assault.
