At approximately 12:17 am, officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1200 block of Riggs Street in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, and after subsequent investigation officers were able able to identify the suspect as Kenyada Robinson. At the time of this release, a complaint summons has been signed against Robinson for stealing.

At approximately 9:51 am, officers were dispatched to Murphy’s USA located on First Street in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Officers completed a private property accident report.

At approximately 6:55 pm, officers were dispatched to Indian Park in reference to property being damaged. Upon arrival, officers noted that a driver had struck a steel cable then ran off the roadway and became stuck. Officers completed a private property accident report.

At approximately 12:15 pm, officers were dispatched to a residence in the 3500 block of Morgan Drive in reference to a child that had been bitten by a dog. Upon arrival, and after subsequent investigation, officers were advised that the reporting party only wanted a report on file. Officers reported the incident to the Kennett Humane Department.

At approximately 2:36 pm, officers were dispatched to the SEMO Probation and Parole office on Slicer Street in reference to a wanted person. Officers subsequently arrested, Austin Baker, 22, of Kennett, on a probation violation warrant. Baker was held in the Dunklin County Justice Center.

At approximately 10:32 pm, officers arrested Cedric Rogers, 37, of Kennett, on a state of Missouri warrant charging him with felony no driver’s license. Rogers was held in the Dunklin County Justice Center on the warrant only with a bond of $10,000.00 cash only.

At approximately 10:59 pm, officers observed a subject who appeared to be passed out in the drivers seat of a vehicle parked at an abandoned residence in the 200 block of Chance Street. Upon contact and after further investigation, officers located an undisclosed amount of synthetic marijuana at which point the suspect attempted to resist arrest and flee on foot however was taken into custody with out further incident. The driver, Garrett Crawford, 21, of Kennett, was arrested for Possession of a Synthetic Cannabinoid, Assault 3rd degree on an Law Enforcement Officer, and Resisting Arrest. Crawford was held in the Dunklin County Justice Center pending the filing of formal charges by the Dunklin County Prosecutors office.
