Kennett Officers arrested Marcus Nelson, Justice Nelson, and Jimmy Lockheart on Sunday, November 5, for Possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon.
All three subjects were transported to the Dunklin County Jail pending formal charges from the State Prosecutor’s Office.
