Shelly was transported to the Pemiscot County Justice Center where she is being held without bond.
On Tuesday, July 18, Caruthersville Officers arrested Terrance Johnson, 36, of Caruthersville on an active warrant through Pemiscot County. The warrant was for failure to appear on the original charge on non-support.

On Tuesday, July 18, Caruthersville Officers arrested Prince Black, 36, of Caruthersville on an outstanding warrant through the US Marshalls Office. The warrant was for a probation violation on the original charge of possession of a weapon by a felon.
Black was transported to the Pemiscot County Justice Center where she is being held without bond.
