On April 16, 2017, Malden Officers arrested a 42-year-old male of Malden on the charge of Domestic Assault. He is being held in the Malden City Jail pending formal charges with the Dunklin County Prosecuting Attorney.
On April 16, 2017, Malden Officers arrested a 42-year-old Joseph Lerma of Malden, as a result of charges filed by the Malden Police Department with the Dunklin County Prosecuting Attorney, for the charge of Domestic Assault 3rd degree bond $20,000.00 cash only. He is being held in the Malden City Jail pending extradition.
On April 16, 2017, Malden Officers arrested 53-year-old Paul Dean Beck of Campbell on a misdemeanor Poplar Bluff City Warrant for Failure to Appear for No Proof of Insurance bond $225.00 cash or surety. He was later released after posting required bond.
On April 16, 2017, Malden Officers summonsed a 53-year-old male of Campbell for the charges of No Proof of Insurance and Stop Sign Violation.
He is scheduled to appear in court on May 13, 2017.

On Saturday, April 15, 2017, Malden Officers arrested 30-year-old Joshua P. Beck, of Clarkton, on a Dunklin County warrant for probation violation DWI. He was held at the Malden Police Station, in lieu of a $750.00 cash bond, and later released to Dunklin County authorities.
