Jeremy Ypya, preliminary hearing set for making 2nd degree terrorist threat

William Carter, for a preliminary hearing on a charge of 2nd degree terrorist threat.

 

Ypya, was arrested after Steele Police were alerted by the South Pemiscot School Superintent, Chris Moore, that Ypya had posted a threat toward the school.

A bond of 100,000 cash only bond was set and Ypya, was ordered not to have any contact with the school system.

Ypya, remains in custody at the Pemiscot County Jail.
